There is a 30-days to exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
There are no refunds. Appologies or any inconvenience, however, since Karen does make one of a kind art, she needs to make sure customers are not just scanning and remaking her art. Karen loves and trust her customers, but this is just a precaution to prevent any issues.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Packages without tracking
Because you chose to ship your order without tracking, we cannot gaurentee timely or complete shipment. Karen will do whatever it takes to get your package to you, however, without tracking there is not much that can be done. No refunds will be given for lost items without tracking (there is no way to verify if the item truly never made it to the customer).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as face masks) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
You will be notified you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be able to pick another item of equal value. Please remember it can take some time for you to receive your item.
